REACH-Declaration (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)
The European Union Chemicals Regulations REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) was adopted in late December 2006 and entered into force on 1 June 2007 and directly applicable in all Member States. The main aim of REACH is to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment against chemical risks.
DEV Systemtechnik is a manufacturer of equipment for signal transmission in terms of REACH a so-called downstream user. All products supplied by DEV Systemtechnik are classified of REACH regulation as article. Obligations under the registration of substances and preparations not exist for us. You purchase from us solely non-chemical products (articles). Furthermore and under normal and reasonably foreseeable circumstances of application, the products supplied to you shall not release any substance.
According to Article 33 of the REACH regulation, we have information requirements for articles. This obligation to provide information relating to substances of concern. The list Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) are published by the European Chemicals Agency. We will immediately inform you if any substance of content (as from a content of > 0.1 percent weight by weight (w/w)) in our products will be classified alarming by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
